Chicken Cordon Bleu Turn-Overs


Chicken, ham, and swiss cheese are enveloped in puff pastry for a flaky, flavorful family favorite.

SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 45 Minutes
COOK TIME: 25 Minutes

Ingredients

1 Puff Pastry Sheet
4 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed
1 lb. Ham, chopped
8 oz. Swiss Cheese, shredded
4 tsp. Dijon Mustard

Directions

	Step 1: Thaw the pastry sheet at room temp for 30 minutes and preheat your oven to 400?.

	Step 2: While the pastry sheet is tempering, cube and pre-cook 4 boneless chicken breasts and chop the ham.

	Step 3: Roll the thawed pastry sheet on a floured surface into a 14 inch square and cut it into 4 smaller squares.

	Step 4: Place equal amounts of chicken, ham, shredded Swiss cheese and a tsp of dijon mustard on each square.

	Step 5: Brush edges with egg wash (an egg and a tablespoon of water), fold diagonally and crimp edges to seal.

	Step 6: Brush the entire turnover with the egg wash and bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
